Yes, there will be no extra charge for your spouse, other adult guests over 18 will be charged $25.00 per night.
Yes, there will be no extra charge for children under 18 (rooms can accommodate 5 people 2 adults, 3 children.)
Yes, however you will be responsible for any additional days. Alice will cover only July 7, July 8, July 9, and July 10.
For the Community College workshop the dates covered are July 14, July 15, July 16, and July 17.
The price per additional night is $179 plus the costs for adult guests.

Please call to make these arrangements, and not do it on-line as the person that you talk to at Disney will have the appropriate information regarding this workshop.

All rooms are non-smoking including on the balconies. There are designated smoking areas (outdoor) throughout the grounds.
The breakfast will be from 8am to 8:45am and the workshops will begin at 9am each morning. They will go until 4:30pm.
You will need to bring your own laptop computer. Many netbook models are designed to work well with 2D graphics but are not up to snuff when trying to deliver 3D graphics animation. We suggest trying downloading and installing Alice 3 on the computer you will bring with you. Alice 3 does not work on any mobile device.

We will be providing the latest version of the software when you arrive on a USB drive. If you are using a computer from your school, please make sure that you have admin privileges on the machine, or permissions set, so that you may load the latest versions of the software. The Walt Disney World has complimentary wi-fi access in guest rooms and most public spaces. Wi-Fi is also available in restaurants, bus loading zones, pools, arcades, convention spaces and the porte-cochere. Please note that a Wi-Fi enabled device is required to take advantage of complimentary wireless Internet access through the Resort.
Alice will provide breakfast and lunch on July 8, July 9, July 10, and July 11.

All other meals for you or your guests are your responsibility.
