Q: I see some weird symbols and strings within tags in the text to be translated.  Should they be translated or ignored?

A: There are a few conventions that you should follow when translating: 

• For original text that contains characters within < ... > tags, it is important to copy those specific parts exactly into the translation and do not attempt to translate them.  Changing them or leaving them out will break the string.
• For original text containing symbols like \u2423, \n and \t, it is important to copy those specific parts exactly into the translation and do not attempt to translate them.  Changing them or leaving them out will break the string.

Q: There appear to be some duplicate strings, like UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT.  Do I need to translate them multiple times?

A: At this point there is no automated way to fill in blanks based off of duplicate strings, so we ask that you fill everything in that you can.  Although if it bothers you, you are welcome to fill in the first instance and leave duplicates blank and we will handle the rest of them to the best of our ability.
